2012 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & PROCEDURES

  1. You may have any function charges billed to your room or to a master bill if pre-approved by the hotel.
  2. The group principle will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their guests.
  3. There is a set up fee for the Jungle room and a set up fee for the Mirage room and a Bar set up fee.
  4. We do ask for a deposit to hold your function date.
  5. Because we are in a Hotel setting we ask that music stops at midnight.
  6. Contact us for Room only rental rates.
  7. We can customize a menu to fit your needs. Our menus are only a guide. We also offer Breakfast packages and meeting Break packages. No group is too small. Just contact Joe @ 417-337-7777 to customize your menu.
